  Jacinta is our amazing Practice Manager! She has been in the dental industry for over 17 years and gained experience in all aspects of dentistry. Jacinta has a natural gift of making people feel welcomed and comfortable, and always has a smile on her face. Her focus is on encouraging the team to be the best they can be, and have fun while doing it!

  Outside of work Jacinta loves to read, explore new places, go kayaking and spend time with friends.

• Dr Jade Sun

  Dr. Jade Sun, who founded Sun Dental in 2013, graduated from Melbourne University in 2007. Dr Jade suffered from dental phobia when she was young after a traumatic experience and is now particularly interested in helping nervous and scared patients overcome their fear, and offers services like dental sedation. She is very popular amongst all our patients, big or small. If Dr. Jade is not in the office, it can be safe to say she is either travelling or attending a coin show, she is an avid collector of Australian decimal coins! Her favourite coin is the 1966 round 50 cent coin.

• Dr Jeannine Shen

  Dr. Jeannine Shen graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science with first class honours.

  Jeannine has continued to do postgraduate study with a particular interest in restorative, cosmetic and preventive dentistry. She is extremely passionate about all aspects of dental health and education and strongly believes that prevention is better than cure so that her patients can achieve a healthy smile for life.

  Jeannine understands that a visit to the dentist can be daunting so she always endeavours to help her patients overcome dental anxieties. Her bubbly and caring nature ensures that you will feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit.

  In her spare time Jeannine loves watching movies, spending time with her family and going to the gym.

• Dr John Khamtanh

  Dr. John Khamtanh graduated from Griffith University (Gold Coast) with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry. He obtained awards for academic excellence, ranking in the top students of his cohort consistently each year. John has continued to do postgraduate study with a particular interest in implant, wisdom teeth removal, surgical extractions and restorative dentistry.

  John’s friendly and caring nature ensures that you will always feel comfortable in the treatment that he provides. He understands that for most people, a visit to the dentist can be daunting so he always strives to make the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

  John is also very active outside of the dental world, he owns Gameology, a board game store and plays a range of sports such as basketball and squash

• Dr Holly Porter

  Dr. Holly Porter graduated from University of Dublin, Trinity College, Ireland with a Bachelor of Dental Science, and has worked in a practice in Ireland for the past few years. She has recently moved to Melbourne to continue her career.

  Dr. Holly has experience in all aspects of General Dentistry and in Cosmetic Dentistry as well. She aims to create a comfortable and stress-free environment for patients and provide high quality treatment.

  In her spare time, Dr. Holly enjoys exercising, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

• Dr Maggie Ao

  Dr Maggie obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Adelaide and has since been working in private practice. She has also spent time as a clinical tutor for dental students, helping them navigate the ins and outs of dentistry. Maggie enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interest in preventative and restorative work. She loves chatting with her patients and endeavours to make every dental visit as fun and comfortable as possible.

  Outside of dentistry, Maggie likes exploring Melbourne’s restaurant and bar scene and is always open to recommendations.

• Alison Lewis

  Alison graduated from Melbourne in 1987 with a Diploma of Applied Science (Dental Therapy) and completed a Graduate Certificate in Advance Clinical Practice from the University of Melbourne. She has worked in both community based and private practice, including a paediatric practice and orthodontics.

  Alison is able to treat all members of the family and has extensive experience in treating children, including those with a dental phobia or special needs. She takes great delight in her patients enjoying the dental experience and leaving with a smile on their face.
  Married to Graeme, mum of Cohen, Mason and Tori, nanna to Penelope. Alison is highly involved with Calisthenics and loves musical theatre.

• Natalie Martyn

  Natalie graduated from La Trobe University in Bendigo with a Bachelor of Oral Health Science. She has worked across private, public and specialist clinics, including supervising upcoming dental professionals and working in a specialist clinic for special needs. Natalie enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a particular interest in preventative care. Natalie strives to make each dental appointment enjoyable to create a positive dental experience.

  Outside of work Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and keeping fit.
