Practice Manager

• Nonda Ramsamy

  Nonda is Totally Smiles Mackay’s Practice Manager. She is a local girl who has been in the dental industry for 30 years and has been working at the practice for 18 of those. Nonda always makes time to check in with her team members and she will always make sure our patients get the best of care.

  Outside of work Nonda is a busy wife and mum to Albert and her 2 teenage sons who she loves spending weekends with boating, camping, fishing and generally anything outdoors and of course sharing food and drinks with family and friends.

• Dr Nicole Byrne

  Dr Nicole Byrne is a dentist who hails from Townsville and completed her dental degree at James Cook University in 2019 and has been practicing in Mackay since graduating.

  Dr Nicole is a gentle dentist who cares about her patient’s needs, taking the time to explain things to ensure her patients understand their options. Dr Nicole is passionate about achieving optimal oral health for all patients.

  Outside of work Dr Nicole enjoys walking her dogs on the beach and spending quality time with her husband.

• Dr Elias Aronis

  Dr Elias brings with him a wealth of experience as a clinical dentist who has been in the private sector since graduating in 1997 and having his own private practice for 18 years. He delivers comprehensive treatment to patients with predictability and results – with a strong emphasis on diagnosis and pain management, TMJ, occlusal rehabilitation, endodontics through to complete cosmetic rehabilitations.

  Dr Elias is consistent and reliable and embodies excellent interpersonal as well as intrapersonal social skills and will always conduct himself in a professional manner.

  In his spare time, you can find him flying drones, at the gym and his favourite of them all, spending time with his children.

• Dr Monica Lee

  Dr Monica Lee grew up in Singapore and South Korea before settling in Australia. She gained a Bachelor of Nursing degree and then decided to study dentistry, driven by the combination of scientific knowledge and hands-on surgical skills.

  Monica earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney in 2018. Since then, she has gained considerable experience in a wide range of general dentistry. Her interests include preventative treatment that helps maintain optimal dental health. Dental treatment can become a journey and Monica enjoys providing a gentle approach to work towards the common goal of preserving healthy teeth for as long as possible. She actively engages in ongoing education to update her skills and holds a certificate in clear aligner therapy.

  Outside of dentistry, Monica loves to unwind on the yoga mat and take every opportunity to see more of what Australia has to offer.
