Our team will work with you to understand your needs, diagnose any problems or conditions, and then make a recommendation for which treatment (if any) may be right for you. All of this is done together and we seek to ensure you understand everything before we move forward with treatments or services.
One of the greatest fears people have coming to the dentist is the uncertainty as to what will it cost. This is why we here at Totally Smiles Townsville work with you - just like we do with the treatments themselves - to answer your questions as to what may be covered and what might not be, so that there are never any surprises when it comes to payment at the end - just a smiling patient.
Estimated service costs
We believe in being upfront about fees so there are no surprises. While a comprehensive treatment plan can only be provided after a full appointment, the following guide outlines our capped pricing for common visits:
Check-up and clean
• With health fund: $159 (adults) or $99 (school-aged children) after rebate
• Without health fund: $259 (adults) or $159 (school-aged children)
Emergency or toothache appointment
• Maximum fee of $575
Please note: a comprehensive treatment plan, including any additional treatment costs, can only be provided after a consultation with your dentist.
