We understand that most of you, like us, have had some very difficult months recently as each and everyone of us has been impacted by the alarming spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is affecting our lives. The Federal Government this week eased dental restrictions, allowing dental practices to commence operating under level 1 restrictions as outlined in the ADA COVID-19 guidelines from Monday, 11 May 2020.

Our highest priority is, as always, the health and safety of you, our loyal patients and our responsibility to the greater community, and we must accept direction and guidance from Health and Regulatory Authorities.

While a small number of our practices will remain temporarily closed, we have a number of practices operating at near full-capacity.

We can still help you if you are experiencing any of the following:

• • uncontrolled dental/oral bleeding
  • facial swelling
  • acute facial or dental trauma
  • dental pain
  • acute or uncontrollable tooth ache
  • mouth infection such as an abscess
  • cavities that are extensive and causing pain
  • tooth fracture
  • chronic disease requiring treatment for your overall wellbeing and medically necessary dental treatment, if specifically directed by your doctor

With the loosening of restrictions, we can now offer you the following treatments in addition to the above.

All dental treatments using standard precautions for people who do not meet epidemiological or clinical risk factors for COVID-19 infection transmission.
